At The Ladder Alliance, we work to provide survivors of domestic violence and low-income women with the tools to lead self-sufficient, successful and independent lives by securing employment in today’s technological job market.
Thanks to the generosity of our partners in 2022 we served 698 students in our programs and Success Store. Within 12 months of graduating, nearly 80 percent of our students experienced increase salaries and livable wages.
With your support, we will continue to create a community of successful women through education, empowerment and encouragement. Through workforce development and career readiness, they will gain the skills needed to be self-supportive, lead self-reliant lives, and participate as contributing members and leaders in the community, which will positively affect generations to come.
The afternoon will include lunch, raffles and pickleball of course! Never played before? That’s ok. We’ll teach you.
